Gilford Soup Contest Winners!
What a delicious way to spend a Sunday afternoon than by going to the Gilford Hall to check out some tasty soups. There were eleven entrants for the Soup Contest to raise funds for the Sleeping Children Around the World charity.
The Rotary Club of Innisfil participated by having our very special club Friends of Rotary Heather and Rick Wagner representing us with their delicious Carrot Soup.
Rick and Heather's soup came in third and was given the copper hand sifter as a prize plus of course, bragging rights!
Many of our Rotarian members, families, and friends also participated by paying $5.00 to get the privilege of tasting and voting on the soups. Believe me when I say, all the soups were wonderfully delicious!
